This resource helps you prepare elders and deacons for service in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church or Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America. Materials also apply to any reformed denominations using elders, deacons, sessions, presbyteries, and synods... and some elements can be adapted to train committee members or small group leaders.
