This resource offers fifty (50) sermons by Thomas Hardisty Campbell, compiled from the hundreds of sermons he delivered in more than 60 years of ministry in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The sermons are sub-divided into "The Early Years" (1920s-1940s), "The Later Years" (1970s), and "Special Occasions" (World Missions Sunday, Independence Day, Ordination of Elders, Denomination Day, etc). This last section includes his sermon as retiring moderator of General Assembly in 1974.

Thomas H. Campbell (1907-1989) was a Cumberland Presbyterian minister, pastor, professor, dean, and president at Bethel College (now Bethel University) and Cumberland Presbyterian Theological Seminary (now Memphis Theological Seminary). he also wrote the still-popular history of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Good News on the Frontier and co-authored the definitive history of the CP Church, A People Called Cumberland Presbyterians, both of which are available in this web store.
