Jesus said to love our neighbor, and even our enemies. Some of the psalms, though, sound pretty harsh. What do we do with that? Zenger says such psalms are laments against violence and injustice and have great relevance to living as a Christian in today's world. He even suggests how to use these psalms in prayer.
