Fifty (50) easy-to-use letters for when a member transfers from one CP Church to another.

The session clerk fills out the column on the left and the top portion, tears off the top and bottom portion, and mails them together to the church the member is transferring to. That session clerk fills out the bottom portion, separates the top and bottom portions, and returns the bottom portion to the church the member transferred from.

Then both sessions have written, signed, and dated proof of the transfer so those membership records are nice and tidy.
